Xtylo Beauty College started in 2014 and has been accredited since 2019. Ever since then we have been dedicated in education future generations of beauty professionals. Our main goal is to provide students with current techniques, and new trends to prepare them for a future in the beauty industry. All of our programs are taught by licensed instructors.
Our Programs help prepare our students to successfully pass the state board exam, but also prepare them for the beauty industry. If you are interested in becoming cosmetologist, nail technician or student instructor, our programs could be a great fit for you and help you in your journey.
We understand that flexible scheduling can be a deciding factor for many students when it comes to enrolling in beauty school. To help ease the decision we have two schedules available, one in the morning and one in the afternoon (hours vary depending on the program enrolled in).
At both of our locations, students can learn from licensed professionals to work in the amazing beauty industry. You need to be well-versed in current trends and techniques as well as basic business and communication skills.

+ InfoThe cosmetology program consists of 1,500 clock hours covering all phases of cosmetology. Hair Care, Skin Care, Nail Care mandated by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology. The program is designed to prepare the student to pass the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology licensure examination and to help the student gain the knowledge and skills necessary for an entry-level position in the beauty field. A Cosmetology license is a requirement to operate as a cosmetologist in the state of Arizona. Approximate number of weeks to complete the program based on hours completed per week.
Learn MoreThe Nail Technician Program consists of 600 clock hours covering all phases of the manicure and pedicure mandated by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology. The program is designed to prepare the student to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for an entry-level position in the field of nail technology and to pass the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology licensing examination. A Nail Technician license is a requirement to operate as a Nail Technician in the state of Arizona. Approximate number of weeks to complete the program based on hours completed per week.
Learn MoreThe Instructor Training Program is designed to prepare the licensed cosmetologist who meets all of the requirements set forth in applicable state laws and our accreditation body to become a classroom cosmetology instructor. This Certificate Program consists of study programs that incorporate theory, skill observation, and practice. Topics include, but are not limited to, the role of the professional educator, curriculum development, student motivation, management of teaching methodology, and student testing and evaluation. The program is 350 hours. .
